THE PHONE is open daily from 8:00-12. If you call before 9am, you can book a same day appointment. The phone is less busy between 10:00-12.

For 5-minute consultations without booking.

Drop-in appointments are available all weekdays between

8:00 - 8:30.

Scan your yellow card and wait for the clinic assistant. 

If you have symptoms of a upper respiratory tract infection please wear a mask.

SELF SERVICE

For prescription renewal and email consultations (only short questions). Log in with Nem ID or MitID through the self service. You have to register as a user the first time you log in. When you are a registered user, you can send email consultaions with the Min Læge App.

For prescription renewals, use the app. "Medicinkortet".

BOOK APPOINTMENTS online. Use the self service. Same day appointments and videoconsultations are realeased for booking online, the same day at Midnight (00:01AM).
