Cystitis and STD Check up

If you have symptoms of cystitis or want to do a STD self check up, you can come in the clinic without and appointment.

Monday - Thursday: 8:15-12 & 13-15

Friday: 8:15-12

STD self test:

Scan your yellow card at the scanner in the reception and wait for one of the clinical assistants to guide you.

For men the test is a urine sample. Do not pass urine for two hours before the test.

For women the test is a vaginal swab. The test is only for women without symptoms. If you have symptoms, please book a consultation for a gynecological examination.

IMPORTANT: It can take up to 21 days after exposure before you test positive!

Test for cystitis:

Scan your yellow card at the scanner in the reception and go to the toilets (WC) and take the urine sample:

1) Use a white urin test cup (placed on the black utility cart) and write your name and date of birth with the marker.

2) Pee a little bit in the toilet and then pee in the cup.

3) Place the cup in the cabinet for urine samples.

Go to the reception and wait for the clinic assistant, who will test the urine and prescribe antibiotics if needed.
